Motorsport UK will be launching its first-ever Get The Edge Performance Masterclass, taking place?online on 2 September 2025.
Join us to elevate your coaching, spark powerful insights and connect with a community of world-class minds. Whether you’re trackside with grassroots talent, guiding high-performing racers, or instructing new drivers into the sport, this event is for?you – with tickets starting from ￡100.
The online masterclass will offer three two-hour sessions, delivered by elite speakers competing at a professional level across a range of sports and Olympic disciplines.

Speakers revealed…
Bestselling author and co-host of The High Performance Podcast, Damian Hughes, will be joining the line-up. Hughes is a bestselling author of eight books, who combines his practical and academic background within sport, organisational development and change psychology, to help organisations and teams to create a high performing culture.
His latest books, High Performance: Lessons from the Best on Becoming Your Best and How to Change Your Life, have both been number one Sunday Times best sellers.
Senior performance leader and consultant, Tracy Whittaker-Smith MBE, will also join the Motorsport UK Get the Edge Performance Masterclass, drawing on her extensive career in high-performance and Olympic sport.
Laurence Halsted, two-time British Olympic fencer and?multiple European medallist, will be presenting on ‘Resilience’ as part of Motorsport UK’s Get The Edge Performance Masterclass, on 2 September.
